Well hello, Mr. FancyPants! Ash vs Evil Dead season 1 available now!

All fans of the GameCube game (HD remastered for WiiU) The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker will recognize the talking almighty sailing vessel that allowed our protagonist Link to travel the lands of Hyrule: The King of Red Lions! The trusty companion that has helped in so many ways deserve the fame and glory much like our hero Link does. First 4 Figure decided to honor this fact by creating an approximately 1/4th scale statue of Link riding the King of Red Lions standing at a stunning 25 inches high!
As the name of the statue suggests, the entire statue includes a figure of Link sailing the King of Red Lions which can be detached from the deck itself to be displayed by himself! Made out of polystone and fabric for the sails, the sculpting of the statue preserves the cartoon-like cel shading art style as used in the gameplay. The base coming with the statue portrays the ocean waves and water that Link needs to cross to travel through the islands of Hyrule.
Without the importance of The King of Red Lions, Ganondorf might still be alive so we should all take a moment to be thankful to him! As an important piece of history making in The Legend of Zelda, this statue will surely make for a glorious piece for any Zelda fan and or collector out there!

SEGA announces Puyo Puyo Chronicles, action puzzle RPG for 3DS!

SEGA has announced the newest addition to the Puyo Puyo video game series: Puyo Puyo Chronicle, an action-puzzle RPG for the Nintendo 3DS! From the publisher announcements & introduction trailer we can see the game will be full of quests, town and dungeon exploration, battles, and everything else you'd expect from an awesome RPG! Puyo Puyo Chronicle will consist of 17 different game modes, frequently referred to as 'rules'.
The main gameplay mode for Puyo Puyo Chronicle will be the RPG Mode, where players will freely control their characters and explore the newly established 3D world! As the mode's name would suggest players will progress through this world while taking on main-quests and side-quests alike.
With character progression being so intrinsic to the RPG genre it only makes sense that Puyo Puyo Chronicle will have some sort of level-up mechanic in place as part of the main story. Not many details have been explicitly revealed by the publisher, but the character development system is said to be easy for first-time users, and advanced enough that more experienced users will will still find enjoyment from it.
In Puyo Puyo Chronicle players will be able to enjoy team battles throughout the main story, as well as the new mode "Boss Battle with Everyone" that will allow up to four local players to cooperatively take on a boss battle. Players will also be able to compete in battle with players online via the 'Internet Battle' mode.

Anime spy action with Joker Game, Vol 2 Blu-ray and DVD for pre-order!
Joker Game
From Production I.G. (the studio that produced Psycho-pass and Ghost in the Shell) comes Joker Game, a spy thriller anime that is the adaptation of a popular Japanese (non-light!) novel.
It is set in the time period right before World War II, when a Japanese Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki establishes a spy training organization "D Agency". Gifted civilians are recruited and trained to be perfect spies with combat skills, gun knowledge and most important of all: the ability to manipulate people. "Don't kill, don't get killed, don't get captured" is the motto of D Agency. But in a world full of lies and deception, can they stay true to their principle and accomplish the mission?
If you like historical fiction and appreciate a show that challenges its audience, then this is for you! The Japanese DVD Vol 2 will be released on August 24th, whereas the Blu-ray will be available on September 28th. This will include episodes 7-12 and bonus materials like a 100-page booklet, original soundtrack CD and a special illustrated storage box. DVD Vol 3 and 4 are scheduled for release on September 28th and October 26th respectively.

Tales of Berseria takes place in the Midgand Sacred Kingdom, a powerful country that rules over this world's archipelago of a continent. The game's world of "Wasteland" is shared with Tales of Zestiria, although the events of Berseria occur in the distant past. There are countless numbers of islands around, and Midgand's rule crosses even the seas. Areas of land and islands in the game are divided into "territories." The game follows the protagonist Velvet Crowe, a 19-year-old pirate who was affected by an incident that happened three years prior to the events of the game. Alongside her Spirit companion Laphicet, she battles warriors who have shed their emotions in pursuit of victory against rogue monsters.
Players will be able to explore undiscovered areas throughout the map by sending out a scouting vessel. The scouting vessel will come back after a set amount of time and provide the player with materials, treasures and recipes as a reward. As players discover new areas they will be able to send vessels to more zones.
Tales of Berseria will feature cooking, where players will find new recipes from around the world! When players have obtained a recipe they can cook to restore HP and get additional effects from the food, as well as from the cooking skill. The title will also feature mini-games such as balloon popping, or the in-game collectible card game.
First-print copies of Tales of Berseria will include a download code (JPN PSN) for the 'Special Dramatic Chat: Melon Gumi Chapter.' It features Velvet (voiced by Rina Sato), Laphicet (Azumi Asakura), Rokurou (Daisuke Kishio), Eleanor (Ami Koshimizu), Magilou (Satomi Sato), Eizen (Toshiyuki Morikawa), and Bienfu (Naomi Nagasawa).

It’s definitely going to be a long wait for every Game of Thrones fan: season 7 will not return until summer 2017. That's a tough stretch going without Khaleesi and friends! But thank God of Seven that we can go back and watch how it began with our Blu-ray box sets of which season 3 is released today.

The Legend of Zelda's Turns 30: Orchestral Music Collection and Artbook
For those lucky enough to be in Japan for the celebrations, Nintendo is holding several major events in honor of one of gaming's most influential series for The Legend Of Zelda and it's 30th Anniversary, including a triforce of orchestral concerts and a commemorative artbook!
For those not able to attend the concerts, fret not, as with all such events there's an accompanying music CD collecting pieces played during the show. In this case, The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary Music Collection album will have two CDs, and while the exact playlist has not been finalized, we're sure Zelda fans are savvy enough to figure out the puzzle on which tracks will be included from a game library spanning from 1986 to the most recent release.
As for the Artbook, releasing on the 28th of August, the "Hyrule Graphics" opus will contain more than 2000 pieces of illustration from all the games released thus far, with annotations from the Nintendo dev team behind the venerable adventure series including notes from Aunoma, Konda, and of course, Miyamoto.
It goes without saying that stock for such must-have items are extemely limited, so if you've ever been a fan of The Legend Of Zelda, then make sure to pre-order your copies now.

THE JUNGLE BOOK, PRE-ORDERS FOR AUGUST, 23rd!
There have been a lot of my-childhood-has-been-raped accusations going around a while back, most of them targeting George Lucas. And while the victims must still be suffering from the traumatic experience, a surprising amount of rehabilitation has happened. Prequels and sequels have stopped to suck and started to mend broken fan-hearts.
And so it comes that one of the all time classics of animation was (gasp!) remade in (GASP!) all cgi and people are actually happy about it. Is it because director Jon Favreau grew up loving the original? Or is it because the animal characters were both motion-captured and performed live on set with elaborate puppets fromand by the Jim Henson Company? Or maybe the great voice acting by Christopher Walken, Bill Murray and similar stars?
Probably all of it, and more! The Jungle Book turned out to be one of the biggest surprise hits this year grossing over $947 million. That's enough to ensure a sequel which was already announced and could have a release sometime between 2017 and 2019. Let's hope this is a sign that childhoods will remain unmolested now. So stay away, Six Billion Dollar Man!
